When To Drink
Perfect to drink immediately.
Tasting Notes
Intense and complex yellow-orange colour, with a very long taste-olfactory persistence. On the nose there are hints of yellow-fleshed fruits and exotic fruit, citrus fruits and lots of minerality, which lead to a sip with a marked fresh-savory vein, with a saline finish.
Vinification and Refinement
Soft pressing, maceration on the skins, thermo-controlled fermentation in steel.
Aging for 12 months in wooden barrels.
Vineyard
Caldaro, in the “Lavardi” vineyard, at about 450 meters above sea level.
