When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby colour. On the nose emerge aromas of red fruits, tobacco and vanilla, hints of hazelnut and licorice. Sip with good structure and body, with a persistent and full finish.
Vinification and Refinement
Wine with very low content of added sulphites and the result of spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Refine 12-18 months in barrique.
