When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red color with light orange hues. On the nose hints of spices, black pepper, wild berries and jam, accompanied by vanilla and toasted wood notes. On the palate elegance and decision with pleasant and well-developed tannins.
Vinification and Refinement
Traditional red vinification in steel tanks and aging in barriques for about 14 months.
Vineyard
Grapes harvested in the Mosinaga vineyard, in Cembra (Tn), at an altitude of about 450-500 meters above sea level. The harvest is manual in boxes with selection in the vineyard.
