Tasting Notes
Intense gold colour.
On the nose the aromas are intense and complex with notes of yellow fruit, exotic fruit and notes of yellow flowers, the sip is enveloping, soft and balanced with a freshness and a slightly fruity finish.
Vinification and Refinement
Vinified in steel vats at a controlled temperature, the fermentation takes place naturally without the addition of yeasts and the aging in steel continues.
