When To Drink
Perfect to drink immediately.
Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw yellow, with golden reflections. Nose of incredible finesse and richness of scents, from bread crust notes to toasted hints, from the floral to the notes given by the long aging. Fresh, savory, intense, extremely elegant, with a very long finish.
Vinification and Refinement
It refines for at least 72 months on the lees, it is left to mature in the cellar for at least nine years from the harvest, thus reaching the primacy of the line. Produced in very limited quantities and only in exceptional harvests.
