When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar. We advise you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
Tasting Notes
The color is ruby red, brilliant and intense. The nose reveals aromas of aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub, aromas of small red berries, hints of licorice root, balsamic and iodized hints. On the palate it has a medium structure, with tannins well integrated into the body of the wine, multifaceted aromas, an intensely balsamic finish. The taste is full-bodied and vigorous in the tannic texture, with excellent balance and long persistence.
Vinification and Refinement
Fermentation takes place with a long maceration on the skins.
Vineyard
Plot of 3 hectares located in Cirò Marina at about 200-250 meters above sea level.
