When To Drink
Wine ready to drink immediately, but it can evolve well and you can let it rest in the cellar for even more than 10 years.
Tasting Notes
Deep yellow color with golden reflections. Intense and ample bouquet of great elegance and persistence with floral and fruity notes. Sambuca and acacia flowers emerge, sensations of apricot, peach and raisins, touched by a light spicy veil of resin and caramel. In the mouth it is complex and enveloping, harmonious with sensations of flavor and a spicy and persistent aftertaste.
Vinification and Refinement
The late harvest takes place all on the same day and is entirely manual. The grapes are delicately destemmed and pressed, leaving them to macerate and ferment with their own yeasts. No sulfur is added nor is the temperature controlled. Subsequently, 2 years of aging in Slavonian oak barrels with natural toasting.
Vineyard
Dolga Krona Dolina Vineyards.
