When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar. We advise you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby red with elegant notes of ripe red fruit, jam, sweet spices, vanilla and wild herbs.
The taste is refined, velvety, intense, with good freshness and well-sculpted tannins.
Vinification and Refinement
Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. 12 months in second/third passage French oak barriques.
Vineyard
Almost 20-year-old vines, grown on clayey and sandy soils at 140 meters above sea level.
