MODES OF DELIVERY

Once you have placed your order, your bottles will reach you from 3 to 5 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after they have been dispatched from our Warehouse. All deliveries are door-to-door.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow the shipping on-line.

The delivery price for one bottle has an extra charge of 19.00 SGD. We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders above one bottle.

Customers are to ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is correct. We will try our best to make our deliveries where its possible.

Waiting time for delivery is 10 mins.

SIGNED & RECEIVED ITEM

Please kindly check your orders and items upon receiving your delivery. Once signed, item(s) are deemed to be correct and delivered accordingly.

CANCELLATION

Orders can be cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled delivery/Collection by emailing to info@ilmostowines.com.sg

Refunds will incurr a 3.6% – 3.8% (Based on payment mode) fee if customer chooses to cancel part or entire order.
