Returns and Refund Policy

Il Mosto Wines guarantees
quality products and service.

 

If for any reason you are
dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of
your order and we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. Please keep the
original bottle and present to us for the exchange or refund.

 

If bottle is opened we cannot
take into account any exchange or refund. If bottle arrives damaged, please
immediately take photos of the goods and inform us so we can make new shipment
free of charge.

 

Refunds can be made on same
payment method, but a percentage for processing the transaction may be applied.
Otherwise, we issue a coupon with no expiration date of same amount of the
purchased goods.

 

Please note however that as is
tradition in the wine trade, all bottles 10 years or older are purchased at the
buyer’s risk. As such, we will not be able to give you an exchange or a refund.
