Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has a
fruity and complex aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit, le
apples with a nice vanilla background. In the mouth it is rich, majestic
with lots of pulp, but also great finesse
Vinification and Refinement
Soft pressing, fermentation in steel at controlled temperature.
Aging in steel for a few months.
