When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby ​​red color with garnet reflections.
Aromas of red fruits, hints of morello cherries and cherries prevail; floral notes reminiscent of hibiscus flowers. There is also a slight spiciness that completes a very complex aromatic bouquet.
The elegant and velvety tannins make it a wine with excellent structure and remarkable persistence, with good freshness and drinkability.
Vinification and Refinement
Destemming and soft pressing of the grapes.
Fermentation in steel.
12-14 day maceration.
Aging in steel then in wood for 12 months, in French oak tonneaux and 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels
In the bottle for 6 months.

Vineyards located in Negrar in Valpolicella, in the locality of Jago, a hilly area close to the Masua hill. Altitude: between 240 and 252 meters above sea level
