When To Drink
Perfect to drink immediately.
Tasting Notes
Intense load of fruit not yet fully ripe and chocolate. Absolutely harmonious and long in taste with a good quality of freshness and fragrance. The perlage is soft and velvety, very elegant.
Vinification and Refinement
The grapes are harvested whole in crates and arrive in the cellar to be delicately pressed.
After the mashing the must begins to ferment at a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees and then carries out the malolactic fermentation.
The wine thus obtained is bottled together with a cuvè of yeasts and sugars, to carry out the refermentation in the bottle.
It rests for many years in the bottle to mature.
Vineyard
Maso Nero, a farm with 12 hectares of vineyards located at an altitude of 400m above sea level, on the Sorni hill.
