When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar.
Tasting Notes
Bright and shiny straw yellow colour.
Intense mineral scent, particular with hints of citrus and spices. Its acidity distinguishes it, full-bodied, sapid, structured and persistent.
Vinification and Refinement
Soft pressing, fermentation, one year of aging in steel at controlled temperature with permanence on the fine lees and programmed “Batonnage”; further refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Vineyard
Exposure of the vineyards to the South, South-West.
Type of soil clayey, calcareous with medium-textured texture.
Maximum care of the vineyards, short “classic Guyot” pruning, thinning of the grapes and cultivation with respect for the environment.
