Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar.

Tasting Notes

Clear and intense ruby ​​red colour.
Fruity aroma of plum and blackberry with tertiary sensations of cocoa and coffee.
Good body supported by a present but well integrated tannin.

Vinification and Refinement

The must undergoes fermentation with spontaneous yeasts on the skins for about 15 days and subsequent passage into wooden barrels where it remains for 18 months.

Vineyard

“le Valete” vineyard overlooking the lake of S.Massenza, in the municipality of Vezzano. The vineyard is cultivated in organic farming certified by ICEA.
