When To Drink
Perfect to drink immediately.
Tasting Notes
Bright and lively golden yellow in colour, the nose is rich and complex, with hints ranging from ripe to dried fruit, with notes of toasted bread and spices. In the mouth it is creamy, full and soft, with a long persistence.
Vinification and Refinement
The two varieties are vinified separately to develop the varietal aromas and are blended only at the end of fermentation. Refines for 8/10 months in oak barrels and makes a very long stay on the lees for over 85 months.
