When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar.
Tasting Notes
The color is a soft pink, fine and persistent perlage, intense bouquet of cherry and acacia flowers, and citrus notes. In the mouth it is particularly drinkable, fresh and sapid, enveloping on the palate and with a persistent finish.
Vinification and Refinement
The vinification takes place in stainless steel, it refines in the bottle for a year in contact with the yeasts, in addition to the particularity of refining in water inside a basket called “Ostriga” used for oyster farming. A peculiarity that allows the yeasts to float inside the bottle in a regular and continuous way.
Vineyard
