When To Drink

Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar.

Tasting Notes

The aromas, of a complex nature, are reminiscent of lemon, with a
peppery taste of muscat and pineapple, honey and peach as well
a light vein of alpine hay and wild herbs. The wine is
concentrated, mineral with a slight acidity that distinguishes it and has a harmonious structure with a lot of strength and
fullness and a lingering finish.
It represents an exceptionally full and aperitif wine
full-bodied.

Vinification and Refinement

Soft pressing, fermentation at controlled temperature in steel.
Aging in steel for a few months.

Vineyard

The grapes ripen on the meadow of an alp near Passo della Mendola at an altitude of 1200-1300 meters. The vines were planted in 2008.
