When To Drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar. We recommend you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 15-30 minutes before serving
Tasting Notes
Upon visual examination it reveals a very intense ruby ​​red colour. The sensations that envelop the nose are delicate, with notes of red fruit and violets that alternate in a whirlwind of orderly sensations. On the palate it is full-bodied, full-bodied, harmonious, with a sip characterized by a slightly bitter aftertaste.
Vinification and Refinement
Part of the grapes is left to dry for two months in the company’s lofts before being vinified. The remaining part of the grapes is vinified in red by macerating for 10 days at a controlled temperature in steel, where it then remains to refine for a total of 9 months.
