Tasting Notes
Deep ruby ​​red colour.
Intense and complex aroma of berries, blackberries, licorice and wild spices.
Full, elegant and structured taste, with good freshness and solid tannins.
Vinification and Refinement
Fermentation takes place with maceration on the skins lasting about 15-20 days. It rests for 18 months in barriques and ages in the bottle for at least 6 months before bottling.
Vineyard
Vineyards trained on the espalier system on medium-textured clayey soil. Vineyard beautifully exposed to the south, southwest at an altitude of about 40 meters above sea level.
