Tasting Notes
Straw yellow colour; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is expressed with notes of grapefruit, bread crust, vanilla and a hint of flint. On the palate it is fresh, sapid, creamy, balanced and of great harmony.
Vinification and Refinement
Soft pressing, maceration on the skins for about 6-10 days at a maximum temperature of 30°C. At racking the wine is
decanted into barriques and tonneaux where it ages for 12 -15 months. After clarification it is bottled, without filtration.
Keep the wine in bottles horizontally, in a cool place.
Vineyard
South-West facing, with Guyot pruning (9-10 buds / vine)
