Tasting Notes

This wine has a delicate, pale yellow colour and a persistent slight bead.
Intensely fruity and flowery with persistent, refined bouquets, it leaves clear traces of good ripe fruit, especially ‘golden’ apples and wisteria flowers. Agreeable, supple, fresh and with a balanced body. It has great harmony and a long, intense aroma persistence, markedly fruity on the finish.

Vinification and Refinement

Harvesting time starting end of September until mid-October.
Wine-processing with peels removed, at a controlled temperature of 20°C.
Second fermentation slow refermentation in large closed containers at 12-14°C. Bottle pressure : 4.5 atm.

Vineyard

Produced in the hills of the select Cartizze area, comprised between the villages of Santo Stefano, Saccol, and San Pietro di Barbozza.
