When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar. We advise you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
Tasting Notes
Purple-red colour.
Full-bodied, with hints of fig, it has all the classic facets of the Primitivo di Manduria, on the palate it is full-bodied, soft and of great aromatic persistence.
Vinification and Refinement
Manual harvesting of the grapes, vinification in red with maceration on the skins for a period of about 10 days, aging in steel for 7 months and then in the bottle.
Vineyard
Torre Santa Susanna area
Breeding in simple Guyot, loamy on clayey soil subject to the passage of winter rainwater, with release of organic matter and minerals.
