Tasting Notes
Full-bodied and elegant wine, with a soft pink color. Aromas of red fruits and flowers. Sapid and persistent taste, with a delicate but also full-bodied perlage in the mouth.
Vinification and Refinement
Vinification in rosé (de saignée) with maceration on the skins for 18 hours in the press, fermentation in steel at controlled temperature.
Conservation methods and times in stainless steel . Refermentation in the bottle and permanence on the lees for twenty-eight months. Disgorgement without dosage.
