When to drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar
Tasting Notes
It is a creamy white wine with tropical fruit and citrus aromas, buttery tones and mineral notes. On the palate it is velvety, fresh and elegant. A wine with a sharp thorn and a tension that keeps it balanced until the end.
Vinification and Refinement
Direct pressing of the whole grapes with static and natural decantation of the must for about 30 hours. No biotechnologies are used in winemaking. Decanting and bottling are carried out according to the phases of the moon.
Vineyard
The vineyard was totally planted with the ancient Etna technique of “magliuoli”: direct production, without grafting on American vines (ungrafted). The cultivation of the vineyard is done by hand using natural products.
