Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in color and of excellent luminosity, L’Isola Bianco is a wine that expresses itself on the nose with floral and fruity vigor, to which is added a note of the sea, brackish, mineral, well accompanied by Mediterranean herbs. On the palate the wine is dry, has a nice acidity and an enviable sapidity.
Vinification and Refinement
Vinification in steel at controlled temperature.
Aging for 6 months in steel and 3 months in the bottle.
Vineyard
Terraces between 20 and 30 m a.s.l. on the island of Ustica. Lands of volcanic origin, shallow and of medium texture.
Counter-espalier training system with guyot pruning.
