When To Drink

Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar. We recommend you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 60 minutes before serving

Tasting Notes

Ruby red in colour, it has intense and very complex aromas, with tobacco and balsamic hints. The mouth is important, with an enveloping finish and a particularly long aftertaste.

Vinification and Refinement

The grapes ripened in bunches are immediately taken to the cellar for mashing. The maceration lasts a few weeks at a temperature of
controlled fermentation. In this period cycles of pumping over and punching down of the hat. The completion of the fermentation malolactic fermentation takes place within the spring. Aging In French oak tonneaux. The refinement is completed in the bottle for at least one year.
