When To Drink

Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar. We recommend you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 15-30 minutes before serving

Tasting Notes

Ruby red color with garnet reflections
Intense, persistent aroma, ripe red fruits and spices
Full, round, harmonious, rightly tannic flavour, with hints of red fruits and licorice.

Vinification and Refinement

Alcoholic fermentation in the presence of skins for about 20 days in tanks
stainless steel, at a temperature of 24-26°C; malolactic fermentation carried out
Aging for 12 months in large barrels and barriques and 6 months in the bottle.

Vineyard

Atri, in the province of Teramo.
Hilly area. Vineyards on clayey-limestone soils.
