The Toscana Cabernet Sauvignon IGT “Mon Mon Nené” from the Rodano company is certainly a wine of great charm. The soil of Chianti Classico, in fact, is optimal for the growth of good Cabernet Sauvignon grapes: “Mon Nené”, stylistically, is placed between the Cabernets of Bordeaux, of great elegance, and those of Napa, distinctly fruity. Really great quality.

When To Drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar. We recommend you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
Tasting Notes
Intense, concentrated and deep ruby-colored, this wine offers complex aromas of red fruit. It is rich and dense in the mouth, yet harmonious, with sweet, balanced tannins. It’s tremendous depth and structure ensures an extraordinary longevity.
Vinification and Refinement
Manually harvested in the vineyard and highly selected, cultivated on a calcareous-clayey soil of alluvial origin. Refines for 24 months in French oak barrels and barriques.
Vineyard
Cherry vineyard, 300m above sea level, medium-textured calcareous soil, 5000 vines/ha.
