When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar
Tasting Notes
Persistent, full and soft, velvety and alcoholic, with balanced acidity. Golden yellow in colour, Malusel has an intense aromatic bouquet of roses and carnations, jasmine, sweet fruit, even in syrup, spices.
Vinification and Refinement
The grapes are subjected to soft pressing with destemming followed by fermentation of the must in white at a controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine obtained matures in barriques for 18 months and is refined in the bottle.
