Tasting Notes
Intense golden yellow colour.
Perfect combination of hints of yellow fruit, such as peach and citrus, white flowers and fragrant notes of toasted fruit and vanilla.
Intense, fresh taste, with fruity but also soft and woody notes, pleasantly present even on the palate and persistent.
Vinification and Refinement
Alcoholic fermentation in steel and French oak barriques.
Aging for 9 months in French oak barriques and 6 in the bottle.
Vineyard
We are in Lazio, in particular on the border with Umbria. Guyot-trained vineyards on clayey soil.
