Tasting Notes
It impresses with its intense ruby ​​red colour. On the nose, the sense of smell is caressed by hints of ripe red fruit, spices and balsamic notes. In the mouth, the wine is soft and harmonious, with well-balanced tannins and a long persistence.
Vinification and Refinement
Fermentation in steel. Aging in large wood for 12 months, then in bottle for 24 months.
