Tasting Notes

It is a decisive, full Brut with a good compromise between aroma, freshness, structure and elegance. Intense, complete, fine and generous on the nose and on the palate, it shows all its richness in the excellent balance of lines, bubbles, colors and scents.

Vinification and Refinement

It comes from a careful selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes, coming from the historic vineyards of the Company, vinified separately and then reunited, in elegant and sublime harmony.
Classic method with 26 months on the lees 6 months of aging in the bottle.

Vineyard

We are in Rodengo Saiano, among the soft morainic hills of Franciacorta, near Lake Iseo. In this natural setting are the historic vineyards of the company, “La Valle”, “Roccolo”, Bredina” and “Tesa”, used for the production of Franciacorta.
