When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar
Tasting Notes
Light straw yellow, delicate hints of apple, green pear and hazelnut, with a pleasant mineral note on the finish. The taste is elegant and fresh, supported in the finish by hints of elderberry and salted hazelnuts
Vinification and Refinement
Type of manual harvest. Subsequently the soft pressing begins and at the end fermentation in steel.
Aging of 6 – 24 months.
