When To Drink
Wine ready to drink immediately, but it can evolve well and you can let it rest in the cellar for even more than 4-5 years.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red colour. Ethereal, intense aroma of ripe fruit, tobacco. Elegant, harmonious aromas, with a notable persistence on the palate, rightly tannic.
Vinification and Refinement
The maceration lasts for 12 days in special steel tanks. After racking, the wine is placed in 500-litre tonneaux. where malolactic fermentation takes place. Aging of about 24 months in used tonneaux. Aging for at least 24 months in the bottle.

Sapling cultivation, 8,500 plants per hectare
