When To Drink

Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar. We recommend you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 15-30 minutes before serving

Refinement
48 months in barrels and barriques.

Vineyard

Contrada Moganazzi Casa, Castiglione di Sicilia, north side of Etna. Agriculture.

Cultivation ad
Alberello, 8,500 vines per hectare, 100-year-old vineyards, 700 m above sea level.
Sandy, volcanic soil, very rich in minerals.
