When To Drink
Perfect to drink immediately
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, on the nose what stands out is a floral note of acacia and hawthorn. On the palate it is dry and elegant with a delicate freshness that invites you to drink.
Vinification and Refinement
Refine in steel to preserve the delicate aromas of aromatic herbs and Mediterranean scrub. Only a small part of the ansonica and vermentino have a rapid passage in steam-bent and non-toasted barriques.
Vineyard
Produced in the family vineyards behind the village of Lacona, on the island of Elba
