When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar. We advise you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
Tasting Notes
Ruby red color with garnet reflections.
The nose is ethereal, with hints of vanilla, intense and elegant as well as the palate, dry, warm and persistent.
Vinification and Refinement
Fermentation for 15 days at controlled temperatures of 30/32° C.
The product is drawn off in two stages, carrying out a review on the pomace for several days. After racking, the wine is stored in steel tanks, subsequently aged in wood for 12 months and further refined in the bottle.
Vineyard
On average 70-80 quintals/ha from Guyot-trained vineyards with a planting density of around 3,500 vines/ha.
