When To Drink
Perfect wine to drink immediately, but can evolve well if left to rest in the cellar
Tasting Notes
Medium intensity garnet color in the glass, the nose reveals sweet hints of ripe fruit, among which red fruits and plums stand out. Fruity palate, which convinces with tannic texture and fullness of the sip. Interesting with first and second courses of meat.
Vinification and Refinement
Fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature (<26°). Aging of no less than 12 months in oak barrels and at least 18 months in the bottle.
Vineyard
The vineyard of origin, from white clay soil, is located about 400 meters above sea level.
