Garnet red colour.
The wine has a large, very complex and characteristic bouquet, with hints of wild berries, cherry jam, raspberry, plums, blackberries, black currants and licorice. Very persistent, mineral, tannic and harmonious taste.

Vinification and Refinement

The vineyard is 14 years old. The maceration in contact with the skins lasts 30 days in conical oak vats. In these days the alcoholic fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts. Manual punching down is carried out 3 times a day. Soft pressing follows and the wine is transferred to French oak barriques for 2 years. Refine in bottle for at least 12 months.

Hilly vineyard, made up of layers of marl and sandstone, 14 years old.
