When To Drink
Wine ready to drink immediately, but it can evolve well and you can let it rest in the cellar for even more than 4-5 years.
Tasting Notes
Intense ruby ​​well kept. Ample nose with notes of red fruit, marasca and cherries, blackberries, some smoky notes and very well articulated yellow spices. Wide, juicy and elegant texture with refined tannins and a captivating sapidity. Excellent progression, of great balance, which allows a very pleasant drinkability and a juicy, complex and very persistent finish.
Vinification and Refinement
The vinification takes place with indigenous yeasts produced with the same grape of the vineyard. After vinification, the product passes into a 50 Hl Slavonian oak barrel and rests there for more than 36 months. Therefore, the refinement in the bottle for about 6 months.

Montalcino and the rolling hills of the Val d’Orcia. The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 300 m above sea level and are managed organically.
