When To Drink
Wine ready to drink immediately, but it can evolve well and you can let it rest in the cellar for even more than 4-5 years.
Tasting Notes
Of a beautiful ruby ​​color with a slightly garnet edge, it opens on fragrant notes of blood orange, slightly ripe blackberry and raspberry jam. On the palate the tannin is smooth, slightly green, and the mouth closes with clear flavors of star anise, wild fennel and dried plum.
Vinification and Refinement
Fermentation is of the traditional type and carried out in wooden and steel vats for 20-25 days.
