When To Drink
Wine good to drink now, but that can have a beautiful evolution after resting for a while in your cellar. We recommend you to let the wine ‘breathe’ at least 15-30 minutes before serving.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby to the eye. The nose reveals aromas of plum, cherry jam and raspberry, which combine with floral and spicy notes on a mineral background. Full-bodied on the palate, first warm then enlivened by a fruity and juicy acidity. The vigorous and integrated tannins in the body favor a long gustatory development.
Vinification and Refinement
Aged 18 months in oak barrels before aging in the bottle.
Vineyard
Grapes grown organically in the estate’s vineyards where the soils rich in minerals give flavor and excellent fixed acidity.
