When To Drink
Wine ready to drink immediately, but it can evolve well and you can let it rest in the cellar for even more than 4-5 years.
Tasting Notes
Garnet red color, subtle and elegant nose with deep tones that bring us back to the maturity of a beautiful red fruit and fleshy flowers without neglecting the balsamic note.
In the mouth it is characterized by good acidity which, combined with tannins, make it a wine of excellent persistence and great balance.
Vinification and Refinement
Fermentation in steel. The wine ages for about 24 months in tonneau followed by a few months in the bottle.
Vineyard
Municipality of Serralunga d’Alba, from soils rich in clay and limestone, plants facing west and south-west at an altitude between 230 and 360 meters above sea level.
