When to drink
Wine ready to drink immediately, but it can evolve well and you can let it rest in the cellar for even more than 4-5 years.
Tasting Notes
Classic, transparent garnet. Perfume on the nose clean and of good substance, well-defined floral and fruity sensations that anticipate a deeper aspect made of roots and licorice,
aroma balsamic, floral, fruity, spicy, toasted. In the mouth it denotes character, the sip is marked by a well-present tannin. The acidity refreshes and the sapidity lengthens the persistence.
Vinification and Refinement
In oak barrels for about 18 months.
Passage in barrel 18-24.
Vineyard
Cannubi area, Piemonte.
