Tasting Notes
The nose releases a unique olfactory complexity, with notes of white flowers that blend delicately with fruity (peach) and tropical (mango, pineapple) scents. On the palate it proves to be a wine of great elegance, with fruity sensations accompanied by a good minerality, characteristic of the territories it belongs to.
Vinification and Refinement
In the cellar the grapes are left to ferment and macerate on the skins for 4 months, then the wine is left to rest and mature in the tonneau for 6 months, followed by at least 24 months of aging in the bottle.
Vineyard
Castellari, Saetta and Vernaccio vineyards on the island of Giglio, caressed by the winds that smell of the sea and characterized by loose soils of granite origin.
